Head of Enterprise FP&A

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Enterprise FP&A based in the United States. We are looking for a hands-on, strategic finance leader to build and lead enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis in a fast-growing, complex business environment. In this highly visible role, you will own annual operating plans, long-range planning, reforecasting, and financial consolidation from end to end. You will establish scalable planning frameworks, standardize financial reporting, and create a trusted source of financial data to support executive decision-making. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will challenge assumptions, drive accountability, and align business priorities with financial objectives.
