Deposition Coverage Attorney

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Deposition Coverage Attorney based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced attorney to provide deposition coverage and litigation support for complex civil litigation matters, with a primary focus on asbestos and silica cases. In this part-time, fully remote role, you will represent clients during depositions, conduct witness examinations, and prepare detailed reports that inform litigation strategy and case development. You will work collaboratively with litigation teams to analyze testimony, identify key issues involving liability, causation, and damages, and recommend appropriate follow-up actions. Depending on your experience, jurisdiction, and business needs, additional opportunities may include court appearances, hearings, and other litigation assignments.
