Within easy walking distance to markets, shoop, restaurants & Kuta famous beach, Tribe Bali Kuta Beach is ideal for leisure and business. •Overseeing the daily operation of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring service is seamless, consistent and aligned with brand standards. •Providing visible, hands-on leadership across restaurant, bar, Conference & Events and In-Room Dining operations. •Leading and supporting Supervisors and operational team members, setting clear expectations and building a culture of accountability, teamwork and service excellence. •Build and execute sales strategies to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for F&B outlets, group dining, and private events •Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and support teams in a fast-paced environment. •Confidence overseeing multiple outlets and managing competing operational priorities. •Proactive "hunter" mentality for business development. •A hands-on leadership style, with a willingness to step in and support the team wherever needed. •Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions and manage guest concerns effectively.
