Head of Accounting - Lending Business

About the Role In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee end-to-end accounting functions, finance operations, and capital management across our multifinance and P2P lending entities. You will drive finance transformation by partnering with technical teams to automate complex reporting processes, establish robust financial controls, and ensure strict compliance with PSAK and OJK regulations. Ultimately, you will mentor a high-performing team and collaborate with executive leadership to optimize funding strategies, supporting the scalable growth of GoTo Financial Lending products.
