About the role

About the Role As a Corporate Development Analyst, you’ll be part of a highly analytical team working on strategic initiatives that shape GoTo’s growth and direction. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to capital market strategy, valuation, M&A, deal structuring, strategic partnerships, and portfolio management. Beyond financial analysis, you’ll work closely with different teams and stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, develop strategic recommendations, and support some of GoTo’s most important corporate development decisions.
