Mid-level Kotlin/Java Developer

In this role, you will develop and maintain backend services for digital products supporting one of Brazil’s largest banking institutions. You will contribute throughout the entire product lifecycle, from designing and implementing new features to testing, production deployment, ongoing support, and continuous improvement. Working with Kotlin, Java, and modern software architecture practices, you will help build scalable, reliable, and maintainable microservices. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and deliver high-quality solutions. Your work will also contribute to application performance, observability, and system reliability through effective testing, monitoring, and metrics.
