As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support U.S.-based clients in identifying and attracting high-quality talent across multiple industries. You will take ownership of active searches, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and build strong candidate pipelines to meet diverse hiring needs. Through proactive headhunting, direct outreach, and structured candidate assessments, you will connect qualified professionals with opportunities that match their skills and experience. You will collaborate closely with U.S. executives, hiring managers, and recruiting teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
