Director, Business Systems

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Business Systems based in Canada. Lead the evolution of business systems that power sales, marketing, billing, and financial operations in a fast-growing software environment. In this remote leadership role, you will define the technology strategy and architecture supporting the full quote-to-cash lifecycle, from initial customer engagement to revenue collection. You will manage an experienced team while remaining hands-on with key platforms, integrations, and technical decisions. Working closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product leaders, you will build scalable systems that support new products, pricing models, and international expansion. You will champion automation, data quality, and practical AI adoption to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
