As Director of Product Management, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of a customer-facing healthcare technology portfolio spanning credentialing, provider monitoring, and provider tools. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, improving customer outcomes, and strengthening the performance of products that represent a significant share of the business. Working closely with engineering, design, sales, operations, and customer success teams, you will turn strategic priorities into impactful product experiences. You will also lead applied AI initiatives, exploring agentic systems that improve workflows, increase operational efficiency, and create new opportunities for innovation. This leadership position combines commercial accountability with hands-on product strategy in a fast-evolving, AI-first environment.
