Billing Specialist (SaaS Billing)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Billing Specialist (SaaS Billing) based in Canada. We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support SaaS billing operations, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliation across multiple business units. In this role, you will help ensure accurate invoicing, reliable payment processing, and consistent customer account management in a dynamic, evolving environment. You will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Customer Support, and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial accuracy. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to process standardization, workflow automation, and continuous improvement as the organization grows. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on SaaS billing experience, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset. This is a primarily remote, full-time opportunity with occasional in-person meetings and onboarding requirements in Markham, Ontario.
