Bilingual Human Resources Manager (French/English)

In this remote role, you will provide strategic guidance and day-to-day HR support to approximately 900 employees across multiple business units. You will advise leaders on complex employee relations matters, labour relations, performance management, and organizational change. Working closely with HR colleagues, recruitment teams, and business leaders, you will help shape workforce strategies and strengthen organizational effectiveness. This position combines independent decision-making with collaborative problem-solving in both unionized and non-unionized environments.
