Staff Accountant

NOVOS FiBER is seeking a highly analytical Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. This critical role supports both NOVOS FiBER and PRIME FiBER, reporting directly to the Director of Finance & Accounting. In this role, you will bridge the gap between day-to-day accounting operations, capital project budgeting, and strategic corporate financial analysis. You will take ownership of tracking capital expenditures (CAPEX) for our expanding network infrastructure, manage budget-to-actual variance reporting, analyze spend trends, and play an active role in our month-end close processes.
