Senior Business Transformation Advisor - Planning & Materials Management

Why This Role Matters As a Business Transformation Advisor, you will independently lead sub‑projects within the Transformation Management department. You bring expertise in project management, process optimization, and functional specifications, with a strong focus on improving procurement, sourcing, and supply chain planning processes. Your technical capabilities in ERP and planning systems help elevate upstream supply chain performance. Your Role at Intersnack - Manage sub‑projects within broader transformation initiatives - Represent Business Transformation in discussions with Management Units, Group Functions, and external partners - Develop functional specifications, process improvements, and organizational designs - Drive ERP‑related improvements in planning, scheduling, MRP, and procurement (MM), including configuration and testing - Lead cross‑functional project teams and ensure alignment and adoption of new standards - Perform hands‑on validation, testing, data analysis, and issue resolution - Expand knowledge into adjacent areas (manufacturing, order‑to‑cash, quality, commercials, finance) - Mentor junior team members
