Director of Supply Chain and Production

LTS operates today from 5 sites: Netanya (Israel), Adrenarche (Germany), West Caldwell (NJ, USA), St. Paul (MN, USA), and Shanghai (China).   About the role  We are looking for an excellent Director of Supply Chain and Production to join our team in Israel. The position is permanent, full time, hybrid.   Responsibilities: - Develop and implement supply chain and production strategies aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements. - Manage procurement of materials, components, and services—ensuring availability, quality, and cost-effectiveness. - Drive warehouse material management to ensure accuracy of stock and seamless supply to production - Drive production processes continues improvements and address any barrier to seamless production – short and long terms. - Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and performance management. - Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and supply planning processes to ensure on-time delivery and service level targets. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance department’s resilience, agility, and efficiency, driving cost reduction to support COGS long term goals. - Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team including Production, planning, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics. - Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to support operational readiness, product launches, and strategic projects. - Drive cultural and process transformation through data-driven decision making, lean tools, and structured problem-solving   Direct Manager: VP Operation   Job Requirements: - Education: Sc. in Industrial Engineering - a must, MBA – an advantage - Job skills: - 5-7 years of management experience in purchasing, planning and material management in international operation - a must - Expirience with mass production floor - Proven leadership skills in building and managing teams - Ability to communicate with C level Executive, understand business needs - Ability to plan and execute complex projects related changes and to adopt implement systems - Ability to lead projects - Computer skills: - Full control in ERP – SAP Business 1 – an advantage - Proficient in all the tools of office - Language skills: Fluent English (written and verbal) - Personality: - Excellent interpersonal relationships; Must be a strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution; Excellent analytical and negotiation skills are required At LTS, we value collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
