Location: 100% Remote
- Daily book keeping - manage and maintain financial records and spreadsheets.
- Track and reconcile incoming and outgoing payments.
- Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
- Monitor expenses, timesheet tracking, reimbursements, and outstanding payments.
- Assist with monthly financial reports and P&L preparation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding payments and invoices.
- Perform general finance and administrative tasks as needed.
