ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own prospecting from outreach through closing, connecting with wholesale decision-makers by phone, email, and social media.
- Test and improve outbound and inbound lead generation, quickly refining approaches based on results.
- Build expertise in the product, wholesale market, and customer needs to lead persuasive conversations.
- Research B2B prospects and create effective sales materials and presentations.
- Develop call scripts and communication templates, and share learnings through internal training.
- Identify and use AI tools to improve productivity and experiment with new sales approaches.
- Contribute to messaging, go-to-market strategy, and customer-facing processes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Some experience in SaaS sales, business development, or a similar hands-on sales role, ideally at a startup.
- Experience with outbound prospecting across phone, email, and social channels, and comfort owning a sales pipeline.
- German proficiency at C1 level or higher, along with excellent written and spoken English.
- Interest in technology, AI-enabled sales, or wholesale and industrial markets.
- Ability to independently research customers and prepare compelling sales materials.
