Strategic Operations Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE Support the founding team at an early-stage AI recruiting startup on strategic projects across operations, growth, and talent workflows. This role helps improve the processes that support the business as it grows. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Support strategic projects spanning business operations, growth, and talent workflows. - Analyze data and build spreadsheet models or reports to inform business decisions. - Document processes and identify opportunities to improve operational workflows. - Manage multiple projects and deliverables with minimal supervision. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Experience with data analysis, spreadsheet modeling, or business intelligence tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau. - Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver reliably in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with process documentation, workflow optimization, or operational project management. - Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office for document creation and collaboration. - Experience in a startup, scale-up, or similarly fast-paced setting. - Experience with recruiting, talent acquisition, HR operations, CRM, ATS, or recruiting software is helpful. - Exposure to AI tools or AI-driven business models is helpful.
