Strategy & Operations Working Student

ABOUT THE ROLE Join the strategy and operations team at an AI recruiting startup as a working student. You will support business analysis and operational work that helps the team make informed decisions and improve its processes. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Analyze information and organize data using spreadsheets, formulas, and pivot tables. - Prepare presentations and clear written reports to communicate findings. - Collaborate with colleagues through remote communication tools and shared cloud files. - Handle company information responsibly and follow data privacy and confidentiality practices. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program and eligible to work part-time while studying. - Prior internship, coursework, or project experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or business analysis. - Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables, and PowerPoint or Google Slides. - Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to write clear reports and deliver presentations. - Experience with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom, and cloud storage such as Google Drive or SharePoint. - Familiarity with data visualization tools such as spreadsheet charts, Google Data Studio, or Tableau is helpful. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Visa sponsorship is not available. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the hiring country.
