HR Business Partner

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to support our leaders through growth, change and day to day people decisions across a complex operational environment. The role combines strategic input with hands on delivery, requiring strong judgement, confidence in challenging when needed, and a practical approach to solving problems. You will work closely with leaders and our people managers to drive performance, support change and ensure consistent, fair people practices in a regulated, safety focused environment. This is a visible role with real influence, suited to an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and making a tangible impact. This role requires hybrid working with 3 regular days onsite at our Essex and Kent locations.
