This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the Equipment Control System (ECS) to ensure stable and efficient manufacturing processes.   - Manage and operate the Equipment Control System (ECS) for production facilities - Monitor equipment status and ensure stable system performance - Perform troubleshooting and maintenance support for production equipment - Collaborate with internal teams to improve system efficiency and minimize downtime - Maintain accurate system records and operational documentation - Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment and system operations - Minimum 3+ years of experience in equipment operation, maintenance, or related field - Hands-on experience with ECS (Equipment Control System) required - Ability to troubleshoot equipment and system-related issues - Bilingual in Korean and English (required) - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment  Work Schedule - Shift-based schedule: - 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM - 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.  *** NO C2C ***
