Sr. Logistics Operation Specialist- Bilingual (Korean/English)

We are motivated by the sense of responsibility and servant leadership.   - Coordinate overall FTL transportation operations to ensure efficient and on-time service - Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, customers, and logistics partners - Negotiate freight rates while maximizing profitability and maintaining service quality - Monitor shipments and resolve service issues, delays, claims, and operational challenges in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal departments including operations, dispatch, customer service, and accounting to support daily business activities - Provide guidance, support, and timely performance feedback to team members - Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned - Support administrative tasks and reporting requested by management - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned - Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred, as the role involves frequent communication with Korean-speaking clients and partners in both the U.S. and Korea - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills - Excellent sales and customer service skills - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong supervisory and leadership skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate - Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent combination of education and experience required - Minimum 4+ years of experience in freight forwarding, trucking, or logistics industry preferred - Supervisory experience preferred All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.  Physical Requirements - Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in from of the computer for long periods - Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing and typing - Must be able to lift up to 5 pounds at times   *** NO C2C ***
