Industrial Maintenance Technician – Multi-Craft Location: Richmond, VA Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Starting Pay: $34.67/hour, with higher pay depending on experience Schedule: Rotating 2-3-2 schedule, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Additional Requirements: Overtime and weekend work may be required Position Overview We are seeking a multi-craft Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment in an industrial production facility. This hands-on role involves mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, welding, equipment repairs, and preventive maintenance. The technician will support production operations by resolving equipment breakdowns, completing scheduled maintenance, and improving machinery reliability. The work involves approximately 70% troubleshooting and corrective repairs and 30% preventive maintenance, with responsibilities varying according to production needs.
