Automotive Biller Motor Werks | Murgado Automotive Group Are you an accurate, detail-oriented professional with automotive dealership billing experience? Motor Werks is seeking an Automotive Biller to process vehicle sales transactions, verify documentation, and help keep dealership operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities - Process vehicle sales transactions, including sales contracts, lease agreements, and finance paperwork, in accordance with dealership policies and procedures. - Verify all documentation related to vehicle sales, including vehicle invoices, trade-in documents, and financing agreements, to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Calculate and apply sales taxes, registration fees, and other relevant charges to vehicle transactions, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations. - Prepare and submit financing paperwork to financial institutions for loan approval and funding, following up as needed to expedite the approval process. - Coordinate with sales and finance departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to vehicle sales transactions and documentation. - Maintain accurate and organized records of all vehicle sales transactions, including electronic and paper filing systems. - Assist with inventory management tasks, including vehicle titling, registration, and inventory reconciliation as needed. - Provide exceptional customer service to dealership customers, answering questions and addressing concerns related to vehicle purchases and financing. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or vocational training in automotive finance or related field preferred. - Previous experience as an Automotive Biller or similar role in a dealership setting strongly preferred. - Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately calculate figures and process complex paperwork. - Knowledge of automotive finance and dealership finance processes, including familiarity with financing options and requirements. - Proficiency in computer software applications, including dealership management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
