GTM Associate (Product - Watcher)

THE OPPORTUNITY We are building Watcher, a coding agent security product. Watcher is deployed in production and monitors billions of agent tokens per month across engineering teams at agent-building scale-ups and multinational enterprises. We are looking for our first Go-To-Market Associate to own the top of the funnel. You will decide who we should be talking to, the reasons they should talk to us, and make sure nothing falls through. You will work directly alongside our GTM lead from day one, on the same accounts, and take over whole channels as quickly as you can run them. This is genuinely a "start-up role" and there is no playbook. As we grow, this role can develop toward owning deals as an account executive, GTM operations, or partnerships, depending on where your strengths are.
