Corporate Trainer

The Corporate Trainer is responsible for understanding the strategy and approach for creating and delivering high quality content, using multiple tools/formats, presented in an engaging, easy to understand, memorable way. Functions as a primary resource to Regional and District Managers, Store Managers and their work teams, to enable them to proficiently solve business problems utilizing Serv-U provided tools and defined processes. Creates training programs using a variety of tools best suited for the outcome desired, and delivers training online, in a classroom, pre-recorded, or supplementary to hands on learning in a Flagship store. Maintains a library of reference materials for self-service and the ability to supplement with live one on one training if needed. Develop custom learning plans to address specific needs, including use of Flagship Stores. Follow-up to make sure training needs have been met.
