Senior UX/UI Designer (LatAm)

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio, exceptional design skills, and a passion for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences. This role is ideal for a designer with 5+ years of professional experience who is ready to take greater ownership of complex website projects, contribute to strategic design decisions, and help elevate the quality of work across the team. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will independently lead the design execution of assigned projects, from initial concepts and wireframes through high-fidelity designs and developer handoff. You'll collaborate closely with creative leadership, project managers, developers, and other designers to deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions that balance functionality, aesthetics, and client objectives. You will also play an important role in maintaining high design standards, contributing to client presentations, and providing guidance and constructive feedback to fellow designers, without formal team management responsibilities.
