GLAD YOU ASKED... You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting IT Operations to meet the stability, reliability, security, and performance requirements of Pelmorex. You will accomplish this through monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, automation, and implementation of approved changes and operational procedures. The role supports approximately 70% Linux and 30% Windows environments. This is a hybrid role based in Oakville. You are required to be at the office a minimum of 3 days a week and as needed. Regular hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. You will participate in an on-call rotation for one week every three weeks, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and scheduled maintenance outside business hours. A company phone will be provided, with on-call compensation in accordance with company policy.    This is a hybrid role. You are required to be onsite at our Oakville office a minimum of 3 days a week and as needed. You are also required to be on-call in rotation with other Systems Administrators to provide production support after business hours
