Your responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation and service, replenishing food and beverages, supporting guests, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation. Job Responsibilities Food Service & Preparation - Assist with food preparation and the setup of food service areas. - Serve and replenish food, beverages, and service items as required. - Ensure food is properly presented, fresh, and ready for service. Guest Service & Teamwork - Assist guests politely and respond to their needs. - Support kitchen and service teams during busy periods. - Communicate shortages, guest concerns, and operational issues to the supervisor. Hygiene & Food Safety - Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas. - Follow food-safety, HACCP, allergen, and hygiene procedures. - Handle and store food safely and prevent cross-contamination. Cleaning & Maintenance - Clean service counters, utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. - Clear used dishes and maintain tidy service areas. - Complete cleaning and closing duties according to established procedures.
