WHAT YOU'LL DO - Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and community outreach. - Connect with prospective customers, identify their needs, and recommend personalized Auto, Home, Life, Business, and specialty insurance solutions. - Explain coverage options clearly and help customers make informed decisions about protecting what matters most. - Manage the full sales process, from prospecting and preparing quotes to handling objections and closing sales. - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent communication and organized follow-up. - Develop lasting customer relationships through policy reviews, cross-selling opportunities, and exceptional service. - Work toward individual and agency production goals while continuously improving your sales skills. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people from different backgrounds. - A motivated, competitive mindset with a genuine interest in sales and professional growth. - Confidence in making outbound calls, initiating conversations, and asking for the sale. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities. - Previous sales or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required. - Willingness to obtain and maintain the required Michigan insurance licenses, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health. - A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to apply coaching and feedback. - Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
