At cabi, we’re redefining what it means to build a fashion brand—one rooted in connection, confidence, and purpose. As a women’s retail clothing company, we don’t just design beautiful apparel; we create opportunities for women to express themselves, build community, and thrive both personally and professionally. Our culture is collaborative, entrepreneurial, and deeply people-first, and every team member plays a role in creating meaningful experiences for our Stylists and clients. If you’re energized by creativity, inspired by empowering others, and excited to contribute to a brand that blends style with substance, you’ll feel right at home here.
At Cabi, technology is at the heart of delivering an exceptional experience for our Stylists and clients. Every customer order flows through our fulfillment platform, connecting Shopify, warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, and enterprise systems into a seamless experience.
We're looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to own and evolve this platform. You'll design, build, deploy, and support software that directly impacts thousands of customer orders while helping modernize one of the company's most critical business systems.
While fulfillment is your primary focus, you'll be a full member of our engineering team and a full-stack contributor to The Studio, Cabi's Shopify-based platform that powers how our Stylists and clients shop. Like every developer on the team, you'll build features, integrations, and enhancements across The Studio alongside your fulfillment work.

- Build and maintain integrations between Shopify, Oracle EBS, CRM, warehouse systems, shipping carriers, and other enterprise platforms, including through middleware and workflow automation platforms such as Pipedream.
- Own software throughout its lifecycle—from solution design and development through deployment, monitoring, production support, and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement scalable long-term solutions.
- Improve platform performance, reliability, observability, and automation while reducing technical debt.
- Partner with Product Management and Warehouse Operations to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure when software, AWS, networking, and warehouse technology intersect.
- Participate in Agile planning, estimation, code reviews, testing, and production releases.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
- Work as a full-stack developer on The Studio, Cabi's Shopify-based platform, delivering front-end and back-end features, integrations, and enhancements alongside the broader engineering team, while maintaining primary ownership of the fulfillment platform.
