Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Edinburg, TX | Full-Time | In Person $80,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience Dallas Healthcare Consultants is recruiting a BCBA for an autism and rehabilitation provider in Edinburg, Texas. This opportunity offers flexible weekday scheduling and a weekly expectation of 25–28 billable hours. Compensation and Schedule - $80,000–$90,000 annual salary, depending on experience. - Full-time, in-person position. - 25–28 billable hours per week. - Flexible scheduling within office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., while meeting billable requirements and clinical responsibilities. - 10 days of PTO and paid holidays after completing the 90-day probationary period. - Electronic medical record system planned; platform selection is underway. Responsibilities - Conduct behavioral and skill assessments. - Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. - Analyze treatment data and adjust interventions based on progress. - Supervise and support behavior technicians. - Provide caregiver education and training. - Collaborate with families and other treating professionals. - Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation. - Deliver ethical, compassionate, individualized care. Qualifications - Current BCBA certification. - Active Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst credential by the start date. - Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision skills. - Effective communication, organization, and documentation skills. - Commitment to supporting clients and families through evidence-based care.
