Email & SMS Specialist

Digital Marketing Specialist, CRM to support the execution and optimization of our email & SMS marketing program to drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention. In this role, you will assist in the daily building and scheduling of all marketing emails, creative brief writing, SMS copywriting, and audience segmentation. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: - Understanding of email marketing and principles. - Strong organizational and project coordination skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Clear communication skills and proactive problem-solving approach. - Excellent attention to detail, particularly around content accuracy, and logic validation. - Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization - Own the messaging calendar tied to our biggest moments (special releases, live events, etc)What We're Looking For - 2-4 years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing - A strong writer who knows how to hold attention and communicate clearly - Experience with email platforms (bonus points if you have used Iterable) - Familiarity with segmentation, personalization, and automation - Someone who cares about the mission—not just the mechanics - Strong copywriting, analytical, and organizational skills. - A/B test subject lines, email content, creative, send times, and campaign strategies.We prioritize professional growth and consistently invest in the development of our team members, promoting from within whenever possible.
