We are looking for a hands-on technical leader to shape and build the data infrastructure powering a growing rental housing technology platform. In this role, you will drive the architecture and development of systems that collect, process, and deliver reliable data across applications, APIs, partner integrations, and analytics platforms. You will combine deep software engineering expertise with strong data engineering capabilities to solve complex business challenges and improve decision-making. Working closely with product, finance, and operations teams, you will own high-impact projects and measurable outcomes. You will also establish engineering standards, mentor colleagues, and help a small, collaborative team work efficiently with modern AI development tools.
