The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across the Business & Government market by building and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role connects go-to-market strategy with measurable pipeline generation, combining account-based marketing, digital demand generation, and field event activation. You will own campaign planning and execution from initial brief through launch, optimization, and performance reporting, with direct accountability for pipeline contribution and conversion outcomes. Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Customer Growth teams, you will align messaging, audience targeting, and campaign performance with business objectives. You will also lead data-driven event strategies and explore AI-powered workflows to improve personalization, efficiency, and campaign effectiveness.
