Head of Marketing & Growth

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Marketing & Growth based in India. We are looking for a strategic marketing leader to take ownership of the entire marketing function and accelerate the growth of a rapidly expanding brand in the German-speaking coaching and personal transformation market. You will shape the long-term marketing strategy, lead high-performing teams, and turn individual initiatives into a cohesive, results-driven growth system. Your scope will span performance marketing, CRM, email marketing, social media, content, product launches, and live events. Working closely with executive leadership, you will make data-informed decisions, optimize budgets, and build scalable processes that support sustainable business growth. This role combines strategic responsibility with hands-on leadership in a dynamic, people-focused environment. Although remote work is possible, frequent travel to events, productions, and team meetings in Germany and occasionally elsewhere in Europe is an essential part of the position.
