Grants & Programs Officer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Grants & Programs Officer based in the United States. The Grants & Programs Officer will support the development, coordination, and delivery of grantmaking initiatives focused on advancing oral health and improving community outcomes. This role combines grant portfolio management, partner engagement, program planning, and impact assessment to help translate strategic priorities into meaningful results. Working closely with community-based organizations, state-level partners, and other stakeholders, the Officer will provide guidance throughout the grant lifecycle, from proposal development to progress reviews and future funding planning. The position also contributes to collaborative learning opportunities, program evaluation, and the dissemination of insights and success stories. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build productive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
