Engineering Lead - US Healthtech AI

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineering Lead – US Healthtech AI based in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on engineering leader to build and scale a high-performing team developing AI-powered healthcare technology. You will join a fast-growing healthtech environment focused on transforming healthcare revenue cycle management through automation and intelligent software solutions. Starting with hands-on development, you will architect and deliver production features while establishing engineering standards and best practices. You will also recruit, mentor, and lead a team expected to grow from 3–5 engineers to 15–25 within a year. Working closely with US-based Product and Engineering teams, you will own a product area end to end, from architecture through production support. This fully remote, long-term opportunity is ideal for a technical leader who combines strong software engineering expertise, team-building experience, and a passion for AI-driven innovation.
