BIM Manager

The BIM Manager will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies across multidisciplinary project teams, helping deliver high-quality, coordinated, and data-rich design solutions. This role combines technical expertise, digital innovation, and team leadership to strengthen workflows throughout the architectural, engineering, and construction project lifecycle. The successful candidate will establish BIM standards, oversee model quality, and mentor project teams to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects. They will also manage digital assets, cloud collaboration platforms, and software deployments while exploring emerging technologies, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. Working closely with project teams and leadership, the BIM Manager will drive technology adoption, improve information management, and measure the impact of digital initiatives.
