Assistant Director, Global Service Delivery

Our partner is looking for an Assistant Director, Global Service Delivery based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced service delivery professional to oversee global service operations and strengthen partnerships with offshore subcontractors in a dynamic, patient-focused healthcare environment. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and offshore partners, ensuring reliable system access, consistent service quality, and strong operational performance. You will lead partner performance management, establish measurable service standards, and use productivity and quality data to identify opportunities for improvement. Working across Service Delivery, IT, Security, and Training and Quality teams, you will drive operational initiatives, streamline onboarding, and support effective team ramp-up. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive leader with strong Revenue Cycle Management experience who excels at stakeholder communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
