Group Business Solutions (GBS) provides IT solutions and services to Erste Group entities across CEE, with a strong focus on SAP-based business applications. Our teams consist of SAP experts, Solution Managers, Project Managers and other IT specialists who maintain and continuously improve group-wide solutions supporting critical business processes. Our Finance Platform supports more than 50,000 users across all Erste entities. We work closely with business Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure reliable operations, effective delivery of changes and continuous improvement of our solutions. What to do: - Facilitate Scrum events effectively: Ensure Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives have a clear purpose and lead to meaningful outcomes and actionable improvements. - Coach and develop the team: Foster self-management, shared ownership, cross-functionality and a continuous improvement mindset, helping the team embrace Agile principles rather than simply follow ceremonies. - Remove impediments and improve delivery flow: Address blockers, dependencies, conflicting priorities and unnecessary interruptions to enable the team to focus on delivering value. - Partner with the Product Owner and Solution Manager: Improve backlog readiness, prioritisation and delivery transparency, while contributing to end-to-end improvements of the demand management process in close collaboration with the Solution Manager. - Drive continuous improvement and Agile adoption: Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness, delivery predictability and stakeholder collaboration, using evidence and feedback to implement sustainable changes across the team and the wider organisation.
