Content Production Executive

We are looking for a proactive Content Production Executive to help plan and deliver content across multiple projects, including short-form video, docuemtand player activations. You will keep productions organised, anticipate what teams need, and follow through on the details that help each project run smoothly. Key responsibilities - Coordinate pre-production and production activities across several projects at once, including schedules, logistics, and travel. - Track budgets, timelines, deliverables, and outstanding actions, flagging risks early and proposing solutions. - Work closely with Original Programming, editorial, social media, and other internal teams to align plans and resources. - Liaise with club and team media directors to arrange access and support content planning. - Coordinate suppliers, equipment rentals, travel bookings, invoices, and contracts. - Support branded content and other projects involving external partners. - Travel for productions when required - At least two years of hands-on experience in media, television, or content production. - A proactive approach: you take ownership, anticipate needs, and keep projects moving with limited supervision. - Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. - Clear communication and confidence working with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners. - Fluency in English. Spanish is a plus. - An interest in sports and media. - The right to work in the EU.
