Senior SDET, Agentic Quality

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior SDET, Agentic Quality based in Brazil. We are seeking a senior software development engineer in test to shape how engineering teams build, validate, and deliver reliable software in an AI-driven development environment. In this role, you will strengthen existing automation frameworks, build new quality tooling, and improve the systems that help teams ship confidently. Rather than testing features on behalf of others, you will empower developers to own quality through collaboration, technical guidance, and better engineering practices. You will work across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing while contributing directly to production code and internal tools. A key focus will be advancing agentic quality workflows, including AI-assisted test generation, code review, and verification.
