Senior Manager -Ethics and Compliance Officer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager – Ethics and Compliance Officer based in India. We are seeking an experienced ethics and compliance leader to strengthen ethical business practices and oversee compliance initiatives across India and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. In this senior role, you will lead investigations, assess regulatory and operational risks, and develop strategies that promote integrity and accountability throughout the organization. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and collaborate with Legal, Human Resources, Finance, Employee Relations, and global compliance teams. Your work will help ensure alignment with applicable laws, internal policies, government requirements, and evolving sustainability obligations. By combining sound legal judgment, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement, you will drive continuous improvement in compliance programs and governance.
