Investigator Payments Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead investigator payment operations within a global clinical research environment. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end processing, tracking, and delivery of payments to clinical trial investigators, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment issues, maintain robust financial documentation, and support audit readiness. You will also provide guidance and training to junior team members while strengthening relationships with investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
