Mechanic - Apprentice

As an apprentice, you will assist with inspections, repairs, and servicing of aircraft and their systems, gaining practical experience in a real-world aviation environment. Our structured training and mentorship program will help prepare you for certification and set the foundation for a rewarding future as a licensed aircraft mechanic. - Assist with routine and non-routine maintenance tasks under supervision. - Support licensed aircraft mechanics with maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft and components. - Document maintenance actions in accordance with regulations and company procedures. - Use technical manuals, drawings, and schematics to complete assigned tasks. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. - Assist in the removal and installation of aircraft components. - Support compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company policies. - Ability to read and understand technical manuals and documents. - Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. - Ability to read and understand technical manuals and documents. - Basic mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Clear criminal record. - Proactive, motivated, and willing to learn mindset in a hands-on, practical environment. - Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to the demands of an aviation maintenance environment. - Exciting challenges and opportunity to grow in ever-changing, dynamic aviation industry. - Financial support for family occasions or emergencies. - Additional day off during the birthday month. - Ability to travel to our destinations for minimal cost.
