This job posting is for our subsidiary in Benelux (located in Velp). - Ensuring optimal customer service after delivery of the goods - Providing support for troubleshooting, functional testing, and advanced use of the equipment - Receiving customer complaints - Installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment in accordance with GMP guidelines - Conducting internal and external training for customer - Assistance with the creation of service manuals
