Workday Grants Senior Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Workday Grants Senior Consultant based in the United States. The Workday Grants Senior Consultant will partner directly with clients to deliver Workday Financial solutions and successful implementation outcomes. This role combines functional expertise, client advisory, hands-on configuration, and project delivery. You’ll lead requirements and design discussions, translate business needs into effective Workday solutions, and help clients navigate complex financial challenges. The position also provides opportunities to mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of the broader Financials practice. You’ll work in a collaborative, flexible professional services environment that values initiative, continuous improvement, and strong client relationships. The role is well suited to an experienced Workday professional who enjoys solving problems and taking ownership of client engagements. This is a fully remote, U.S.-based, full-time W2 opportunity.
