VP, Engineering, Network Observability

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP, Engineering, Network Observability based in the United States. This is a senior engineering leadership role overseeing the technology behind a sophisticated network observability platform. You will set the technical vision, architecture, and multi-year engineering roadmap for a data-intensive product serving complex enterprise environments. The role combines deep networking expertise with large-scale data processing, cloud and on-premises software, AI, and operational excellence. You will lead geographically distributed engineering teams and develop managers and senior technical leaders across the organization. Your work will enable customers to gain predictive visibility into network health, performance, and behavior across data centers, WANs, cloud environments, and the edge. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive leadership to connect engineering execution with customer and business outcomes.
