VP of Product

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP of Product based in United States. This is a hands-on product leadership role at a rapidly growing technology company building an AI-native commerce platform for direct-to-consumer businesses. You will own the product strategy and execution across storefronts, checkout, payments, merchant operations, and an AI-powered agent. The role combines long-term strategic thinking with deep involvement in product details, customer needs, technical decisions, and weekly execution. You will lead a small team of senior product managers while partnering closely with engineering leadership to raise the bar for product quality and delivery. Direct relationships with merchants will be central to the role, ensuring real customer pain points translate into measurable product improvements. You will also establish competitive benchmarks across conversion, performance, activation, retention, and user experience, using data and experimentation to guide decisions.
