Technical Guidance Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Guidance Lead based in United States. This role provides senior technical and management leadership across complex cybersecurity programs supporting federal customers. You will translate federal cybersecurity requirements into practical technical guidance, implementation strategies, and actionable recommendations for government and contractor stakeholders. The position spans security architecture, engineering, control implementation, continuous monitoring, vulnerability and risk management, cloud technologies, and operational cybersecurity. You will lead complex technical assignments, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and help resolve challenging security and implementation issues. Working with senior leadership and technical stakeholders, you will evaluate risks, alternatives, and tradeoffs while supporting informed cybersecurity decisions. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced cybersecurity leader who can combine deep technical expertise with strong advisory and management capabilities.
